**Job Summary:**
As a Driver/Service Porter/Greeter, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience at our dealership. You will be responsible for providing assistance to customers as they arrive, managing the flow of vehicles within the service area, and ensuring the dealership is maintained to the highest standards. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Greeting:**
- Welcome customers as they enter the dealership with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.

- **Vehicle Management:**
- Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area and parking lot.
- Assist with the washing and detailing of vehicles as needed.

- **Service Support:**
- Assist service technicians and advisors by preparing vehicles for service and delivering completed vehicles to customers.
- Ensure that service areas and customer waiting areas are clean and well-maintained.

- **Driver Duties:**
- Provide shuttle services for customers as needed, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with the transportation of vehicles between departments or to off-site locations.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with service, sales, and management teams to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
