**Job Overview:**
As a Sales Associate at Bertera Nissan Manchester, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for guiding them through the car-buying process, providing informative and engaging interactions, and ultimately helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs. Your passion for cars and dedication to customer service will be crucial in building lasting relationships with our clients and driving sales success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and assess customer needs to provide personalized vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the features and benefits of various Nissan models.
- Explain financing options, lease possibilities, and warranty details to customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and previous customers to promote additional sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and develop innovative strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, advancements, and dealership promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and workspace.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
