**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department.

**Job Summary:**
As the Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer service, efficiency, and productivity. You will lead a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve performance goals while maintaining a customer-centric approach and promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Team Leadership:** Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors to deliver exceptional service and meet departmental goals.
- **Customer Service:** Ensure all customers receive outstanding service, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Operations Management:** Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and inventory management to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- **Financial Oversight:** Monitor and manage the service department’s budget, ensuring profitability while controlling costs and improving service efficiency.
- **Performance Metrics:** Analyze KPIs and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals.
- **Training and Development:** Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff regarding new technologies, equipment, and customer service best practices.
- **Quality Control:** Ensure adherence to safety standards and repair quality to maintain customer trust and satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building:** Develop strong relationships with customers and vendors, driving customer retention and repeat business.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to upper management, highlighting successes and areas needing attention.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service management principles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance goals.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
