**Job Summary:**
The Automotive Dealership Lot Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership lot, ensuring that all vehicles are organized, maintained, and presented in a professional manner. This role involves managing vehicle inventory, coordinating lot staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers. The Lot Manager will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that the dealership lot is visually appealing and operationally efficient.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly displayed, cleaned, and detailed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure that vehicles are accurately represented in the inventory management system.
- Coordinate the delivery and reception of new and used vehicles.

- **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise and schedule lot attendants and other staff, ensuring adequate coverage and performance.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices for vehicle presentation and lot organization.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages communication and collaboration.

- **Customer Service:**
- Assist customers on the lot, answering any questions and guiding them through the inventory.
- Ensure the lot is a welcoming space for potential buyers and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Address any customer concerns or issues related to the vehicle lot promptly and professionally.

- **Safety and Compliance:**
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, and local laws regarding vehicle presentation and lot operations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the lot and take corrective action when needed.

- **Reporting and Analytics:**
- Track vehicle sales and inventory turnover, providing reports to management as requested.
- Identify trends and recommend strategies to optimize lot operations and increase sales.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an automotive dealership environment, preferably in a lot management or supervisory role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive customer experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
